Tanya Roberts and Karen Stendahl will speak on “Honoring MLK by Understanding the Impact of Systemic Racism.” There will be a “Continuing Conversation” following the service.

This week in RE we will be focusing on civil rights.  We wukk share the story and Smithsonian video of friend and ally, Al Lingo, who helped end pool segregation in the US with Martin Luther King.  We will also share Mr Roger’s response to pool segregation in his famous kiddy pool foot soaking episode.  Younger youth will continue making their clay PROtest and read a book about “fairness”.
